Insurance: All items will be insured and have a tracking number if shipped by UPS. If item is incorrect or damaged due to shipping, Pets Central and carrier must be notified within 5 days of the package that has been delivered. You are required to retain all original packaging, material and item or items in unused condition to be inspected by the carrier for a possible claim.
