However, if for some reason you do not wish to keep the item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges back to us. All returns must be in their original packaging,and in the same condition as when received. If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus Our cost of shipping it to you. In the case of dog fences,if the wire has been installed either below ground or above, we are unable to accept it back as a return.
