Shipping
We ship worldwide. Buyer pays all shipping unless otherwise advertised in auction. We ship all U.S. items with confirmation numbers. At shipping you will receive an email verifying this number. After the item is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the Post Office and we have no control over it. Be aware that Parcel Post items as well as Media items can take as long as 10 - 21 days to reach their destination.
Payment
Pay Pal Money Order/Cashiers Check International buyers should email us before they check out to be sure that the correct shipping and handling charges are reflected on their invoice. We prefer that international buyers use Paypal. Those sending money orders need to contact us after purchase to notify us of their means of payment. All money orders should be here within 14 days of purchase. At that point we reserve the right to start the process to have our fees refunded and relist the item

Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our products(preferbly within 30 days of purchase). Mismeasured bags and other returns are have a 20% restocking fee. All returns and exchangedtems are returned at the buyers expense and must be in resaleable condition( ie smoke free, no dirt, stains ,or hair etc) Exchanges are for the item purchase price only and buyer pays for all shipping charges.
