We accept exchanges as long as they are unused & must be in the original condition & packaging. We do not refund shipping costs to exchange your product (to mail back to us nor to mail the exchanged product). Charges will be paid by the buyer. If you need to exchange your product, please e-mail us with your purchase & what you are exchanging it for. We will send you an invoice for the shipping charge to have the new product mailed back to you.
