To arrange a return and exchange of a defective product, email info@yukonpikes.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. We will assign you a return authorization number and arrange for pick up. Item will be exchanged within 10 days of your pick up request. DO NOT SHIP THE STEPS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns of non-defective product are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Payment: PayPal immediate payment is required. At time of payment, please provide your shipping address and phone number in order to expedite shipment.
Shipment: We ship within the USA lower 48 only. Item ships UPS Ground, FOB manufacturer, within 5 business days of receipt of payment. UPS requires that we provide a phone number for the shipping address. This item will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address.
