Winning Bid Terms and Conditions
U.S. BIDDER DETAILS
Buyer pays Media Mail rate in addition to handling charge (covers cost of envelope or box and labeling only) and, if desired, insurance of $1.65. The insurance covers items up to $50.00. If you do not desire insurance, the item is sent at your risk for loss or damage. Please note that we do not refund on uninsured items. By placing a bid you are indicating that you have read, understood and agree to the terms outlined herein.
Multiple purchases may be combined to save on shipping. If that's what you are planning on doing please send us an email before you've won the first item to notify us of your intention. Our experience has been that the average delivery time for Media Mail rate is anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Priority Mail shipping is also available. For a quote simply e-mail us your address including zip code and the item numbers you're interested in bidding on.
U.S. PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, and cashiers' checks. In order for us to accept a PERSONAL CHECK, you must have a minimum of 20 feedbacks with 99% positive or above. If you pay by PERSONAL CHECK there is a hold of 10 working days before shipment. If you pay by ELECTRONIC CHECK there is a hold of 5 working days before shipment. These holds allow time for funds to clear. There is no hold for Paypal, money orders and cashiers' checks. The winning bidder will receive 2 invoices within 3 days of the close of auction. One will be from eBay and one from Paypal. When paying online, please add the S/H charge stated in the listing and, if desired, insurance to your total. If purchasing in Florida applicable sales tax must be added. Payments should be received within 10 days after the close of the sale. If not we will send a reminder and if after 3 days we still have not had contact, then a non-paying bidder noticed will be filed with eBay.
U.S. FEEDBACK POLICY
Feedback will be left when the transaction is completed - that is after your package is received and in good order. Most let us know by leaving positive feedback, but we are glad to get e-mails too. If you'd like an explanation for this policy or to notify us of anything, please send us an e-mail.
