This lovely and brightly colored canine fashion is made of poly/cotton blend, perma prest, textured bubble fabric with poly/cotton blend double fold bias binding at the foreleg openings and neck.  Sensuous black ruffled nylon lace at hemline.

Gathered skirt with full cut, empire waist styling.  Pullover design with no velcro ensures comfort, as well as a secure fit for both slender and robust figures. 

Fits dog body size: Up to 14 inch neck at the collar line, Up to 23 inch chest just behind the forelegs, 14 to 16 inches nape of neck to where tail begins.  Approximate weight 12 to 15 pounds. DO NOT RELY ONLY ON WEIGHT TO SELECT SIZE!! IT IS ONLY A ROUGH GUIDE.
