An accurate feeding of your pets food is accomplished everytime with the Automatic Pet Feeder by using a high torque 110 electronic VAC synchronous motor. Unlike vertical augers, in other electronic automatic dog feeders, the Automatic Pet Feeder has a horizontal feed auger system, which provides precise control over the feed rate. This assures that your dog or cat will recieve the food you desire. The auger system with a specially designed catch-all lid makes it nearly impossible for your pet to get food in between feeding times. Note: The manufacturer of this product does not recommend using this item as a means to ensure your dog, cat or other pet is fed while you are away for an extended period of time. It is always recommended that a friend or relative checks in on your dog, cat or other pet from time to time.

I ship via UPS, and therefore am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. I do not believe in charging handling fees to buyers. To me, it just seems dishonest and greedy. I love what I do and packaging and processing orders is a part of the whole job that I love to do. Shortly after I receive payment, you will receive your tracking number and shipping information, along with a little thank you letter for your purchase. Items that have a flat rate shipping, are usually larger items that have a generalized standard fee because they are large and/or heavy. This is because I believe in saving pets and their parents money in any way possible, and calculating a shipping charge on a very large and heavy item will be outrageously expensive to the consumer. Whenever I price shipping on really large, heavy or expensive items, I always put myself as a customer FIRST, to make the best and lowest cost decision possible to that customer. :)
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of item. Buyer must contact me within 7 days to inform me of the return and to receive instructions on how best to go about the return/to receive a RMA#. This policy does NOT cover abuse, misuse, or damage done to the item by the pet. Returns must be in new and unused condition with original packaging, instructions, hardware, etc... Once I receive the return, item will be replaced with one of the same.
Probably like you, I too am an animal lover. I have had compassion for them at a very young age and have also grown up with many types of companion and exotic animals. I have had years of experience in one of the leading pet superstores, and have also volunteered at my local animal shelter before I had left for college. Helping pets is my dream and I believe that's what I was put on this Earth for, was to help animals in any way I possibly can. I also read a lot of books pertaining to companion animals, their care, and even dog training. I believe in putting pets and their parents first and only offer quality affordable products to help them all out. I also put myself in the customer's shoes, while pricing my items, I don't sell things that I wouldn't give to or use on my own pets. My pets are my kids as of now, and they deserve the best I can possibly give them, and this is the same in providing products to other peoples' fur (or feather) babies as well. We all work hard for our money and everyone needs it to go as far as possible. Especially if you have pets. They're just like kids! I soon plan to have an Ebay Giving Works charity set up on my items so I can help make a difference in animals' lives. So please keep checking back.
